Why an account is needed
Demo play works without one — most slots spin on play money straight from the lobby. Everything else needs a registered account: real-money spins, the live dealer floor, the sportsbook, the welcome package and any withdrawal. Registration takes about two minutes and one account per person is the rule, so a second one will be closed rather than merged.
What you need before you start
Have these ready and the whole process runs in one sitting, verification included.
- An email address you can open right now
- Your legal name, date of birth and address as they appear on your ID
- A mobile number for confirmation
- A photo or scan of a passport or ID card
- The payment method you intend to deposit with
Registering, step by step
Open the registration form
Use the register button on this page. It opens Spinsy with the welcome offer already attached, so the bonus is selected for you when you reach the cashier.
Choose your login details and currency
Enter an email address and a password, and pick your account currency. The currency is fixed at this point and cannot be changed later, so choose the one you actually deposit in. The email address becomes your username.
Fill in your personal details
Add your full name, date of birth, address and phone number exactly as they appear on your identity document. A mismatch here is the single most common cause of a delayed first withdrawal. Confirm you are of legal gambling age and accept the terms.
Confirm, deposit and claim
Open the confirmation email or enter the code sent by SMS, then make a first deposit of at least NZ$20 with the welcome offer selected. Bonus and free spins are credited immediately.
Registration requirements
The account is checked against these before the first payout, so it is worth getting them right at sign-up rather than at cash-out.
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum age | 18 years, and 21 in some jurisdictions |
| Accounts per person | One only — duplicates are closed and balances may be voided |
| Name on the account | Must match the identity document exactly |
| Account currency | Chosen at registration and fixed afterwards |
| Payment method | Must be held in the account holder's own name |
| Restricted countries | Registration is blocked from a number of jurisdictions |
Verification after registration
Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and usually completes within 24 hours. Upload a colour photo or scan of your passport or ID card with all four corners visible, a utility bill or bank statement under three months old for the address, and proof of the payment method. Doing this straight after registering rather than at cash-out time is the easiest way to get paid quickly.
Reaching your account afterwards
Once the account exists, you sign in on the operator's own site with the email address and password you registered with — both are case sensitive. If two-factor authentication is switched on, a code from your authenticator app or inbox completes it. Never enter those credentials on a review site or in a chat window: Spinsy will never ask for your password by email or in chat, and any message that does is a phishing attempt.
If you forget your password
Use the password reset link on the operator's sign-in page and enter the email address the account was opened with. A reset link arrives within a few minutes — check the spam folder if it does not. If the address itself is no longer reachable, live chat can verify you by other means and restore access.
What the account gets you
Bonuses and promotions
Your welcome package, weekly cashback, the weekend reload, missions and the daily Bonus Crab all live in the account area.
Deposits and withdrawals
Instant deposits from NZ$20 and e-wallet or crypto withdrawals that usually settle within 24 hours of approval.
VIP progress
Track your level, your points and your cashback rate across the rolling 90-day window that decides your tier.
The full catalogue
9,000+ games, 500-plus live tables and the sportsbook, all behind a single balance.
How the account is protected
The operator's pages run over an SSL-encrypted connection and passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Switch on two-factor authentication in the account settings once you are registered, use a password you have not reused anywhere else, and avoid signing in over public Wi-Fi without a VPN.
If registration or access fails
A rejected registration usually means one of three things: an account already exists on that email address, the country is restricted, or the age entered falls short of the local limit. A failed sign-in is nearly always caps lock, an old password saved by the browser, or an account paused pending verification. Live chat is open around the clock and can say within a couple of minutes which of those it is.
New players should read the bonus page before the first deposit, and the full review covers how the account behaves once it is open.
